Hello Stamping Friends!
I'm so excited about my first fundraiser, combining 2 of my favourites – stamping and animals! Strange combination, you say? Well, not really!
This will be the 3rd year that I'll be participating in the Vancouver Sun Run, but it's the 1st year that the organizers have given us participants the choice to fundraise for a non-profit society. Well, anyone knowing me knows that choosing the SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) was a given!
So, along with my online donation page, I'm having a special stamping event, and inviting everyone to come have fun, do some stamping, and donate to a worthy cause – the animals!
Here's the details of my event:

So I've sent email invitations to my customers, and have made a flyer (with the above information, and some cute 'clip art' that for some reason won't paste onto here) to drop off at all my neighbours houses, and post at some other places in the neighbourhood.
I rolled up the flyer invitation, and made a special tag that I tied onto it – what do you think of how it looks?
I wanted the tag to show off some of the pretty papers SU! has, and how something as simple as a tag, could be made to look so pretty! Would you be tempted to come, if you hadn't stamped with me before?
I'm busy right now getting the projects ready, and will be posting pictures of samples over the next couple of days. I'm hoping that if people see what they'll be making, they'll really want to attend! 🙂
Okay – well, I'd better get back to work, so that I'm ready for the event! Plus, tomorrow I'm helping Debbie, one of my Team members, get ready for her first class! Yay for her!! 🙂
Until next time – Happy Stamping!
